New angle on installation art busking by BC on Sep 1, 2014
:surprised2: (PRAGUE) Two installation artists have demonstrated a new technique for the ancient display of levitation. Here, we find the forces of physics re-worked in street-performing and busking.

:pooped: (LIAM MURRAY BELL) Three cities, two years, one chance - a story of a young man determined to find his voice in this world. Plucked from obscurity in Glasgow, Rab Dillon is about to become the next great protest singer.
3cities.gif
Seduced by promises of stardom and carrying only the guitar given to him by the girl who broke his heart, he travels down the road to London. A repertoire of songs ended up in a street-corner string band with frontman Ketch Secor leading the way. From a Dylan snippet, the song "Wagon Wheel" attracted the attention of Coldplay and an album was to follow.

Bob Dylan was to lend another lyrical scrap to their next noticable song "Sweet Amarillo" which enabled "the Crows" to officially join the Nashville scene in the hallowed Grand Ole Opry. They also received accolades from the Americana Music Awards as "Trailblazers".

The album "Remedy" topped the iTunes Country Albums chart with an old-time string band template. With "Remedy", the Old Crow Medicine Show has established...
